Katrina helps clients work towards making and maintaining meaningful improvements in a variety of areas of their lives. She uses approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Positive Psychology, Client Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy, adapting the approach to the needs and preferences of each individual client, and offers both individual and group therapy.

Katrina Rozga

Approach & Bio

Katrina Rozga is an Associate Clinician in the Behavioral Health and Therapy Department at our center. She holds a Master of Counselling in Educational Psychology, with a specialization in Counselling Psychology, from the University of Calgary in Alberta, Canada. She also holds a B.A (Hons.) in Psychology, with an undergraduate Honors thesis in Cross-Cultural Psychology, from the University of Guelph in Ontario Canada. She is a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association, and an Affiliate of the Canadian Psychological Association. She has provided counselling services to clients of diverse ages and backgrounds in settings including clinics, community services and schools.
